Local adaptation of the history-themed factual format BORN ON, primary aired on NRK, the pubcaster in Norway, telling the life stories of three individuals all born on the same day, from birth to present. One of them is an accomplished and famous person (football coach Vicente del Bosque in the opener), the other two are ordinary people with their own extraordinary stories to tell.

By sharing a birthday they all had the same starting point in their timeline. However, their lives have evolved in different directions. The show presents personal stories from their lives, and link their fates to large and small events in our shared history. The content is based on interviews, archive footage and re-enactments. The episodes are structured within a timeline where we take a look at the different stages of these three lives; birth, childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
