More than ten years after the hit show ‘Amor a primera vista’ (Love at First Sight) TV3 launched ‘Amor has de tenir vista’, which was also a dating game show, yet with a few new features.
If before it was enough of a chore to choose a date, on this new renovated and updated version of a dating show contestants would now have to be careful not to allow themselves to be fooled by appearances and to select the right dates.

Each episode featured a contestant who was looking for someone to accompany him/her on the trip of his/her dreams. The show would reunite the contestant with three candidates who had previously been out on a date with him/her. Once there on the set, the candidates would pass a sequence of tests that could possibly give them away.
The contestant needed to have a sharp eye, as only one of the three candidates was available to take the trip. If he/she chose the right candidate, they would go and enjoy the holiday together. If however, he/she was fooled, the one who would take the trip was the erroneously chosen candidate, along with his/her significant other.
When the contestant was a woman, the three candidates were men, and vice versa. Thus, the contestants were to choose the single or divorced candidates among the others, who could be married, gay or engaged.
